Participating locations for 2026 introductory rate is $300 a week per camper.

8am-12pm.
Check with your swim school to ensure that time is correct.
What ages are the swim camp?
6-12 years old.
Children will be grouped by ages and swim level
What to Bring Daily?
Please ensure your child comes prepared with the following items, clearly labeled with their name :
● Swimsuit: Worn underneath clothes.
● Towel: At least one large, absorbent towel.
● Goggles: Recommended, especially for skill sessions.
● Snack & Lunch: A non-perishable lunch and at least one healthy snack. A personal reusable water bole is encouraged.
● Shoes/Flip-Flops
● Plasc Bag: For wet items.
Please DO NOT Bring:Valuables, electronics (phones,tablets, etc., unless for emergency communication and kept securely away), expensive toys, or excessive cash. The camp is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Health and Safety
● Hydration: Water breaks will be frequent and mandatory. Please encourage your child to drink plenty of water before, during, and after camp.
● Water Safety:All activities are supervised by certified lifeguards and experienced instructors. A swim assessment will be conducted on the first day to place your child in the appropriate instruction group.
●First Aid/Medication: Please ensure the camp director is aware of any allergies,medical conditions, or required medication. All medications must be in their original container, clearly labeled, and given to the Camp Director upon arrival with written instrucons.
●Illness: Please keep your child home if they show any signs of illness (fever,persistent cough, vomiting, etc.).
● We are a peanut free facility.
Drop off and Pick up Procedures
● Drop-off: Please arrive promptly at 8AM. Sign in your child with a staff member at the Pool Entrance/Check-in Table.
● Pick-up: Please arrive promptly at 12PM. Sign out your child with a staff member.
● Authorized Pick-up: Children will only be released to individuals listed on the registration form. If an alternate person is picking up, you must notify the Camp Director. in writing (or via phone call as long as the phone call number matches a number listed on the registration form) beforehand. Anyone picking up a camper must present photo identification that matches your pickup list.
● Custody Issues: All paperwork must be official court documents and a copy must be placed in the campers file. Without proper documentation, a child cannot
be kept from a parent.
● A late Pickup fee of $1 per minute applies after 12:15PM or the scheduled end time.
Payments Cancellations Refunds
● All Camp fees are due at registration.
● All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
● We do not issue refunds for days missed due to individual illness, vacations, or program suspensions and dismissals resulting from violations to our behavior guidelines.
Medication
If a child requires medication during their time at camp, a Medication Authorization Form must be completed before the medication can be dispensed.
Our team will administer medications prescribed by a physician with dosages that the family cannot provide at home. Medications must be in the original container with the prescription label attached, including the child’s name, date of birth, medication name, dosage, and expiration date. Over-the-counter medications must also be in the original container and require a physician’s note, as they will be treated as prescription medications.
We cannot accept, keep, or use expired medications. All medications must be picked up on the last day of camp.
Camper Behavior Expectations
Please treat others with respect and follow all camp safety guidelines to ensure a positive and fun experience for everyone. Any repeated behavior issues could result in removal from the camp.
Respectful Conduct: Treat all fellow campers, staff, and visitors with kindness and courtesy. Bullying, harassment, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
Safety Compliance: Always follow all instructions from camp staff and adhere to safety rules, especially concerning fire, water activities, and restricted areas.
Personal Belongings: Be responsible for your own gear and respect the property of others; do not touch or take items that do not belong to you.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of a serious emergency or sudden closure, we will contact parents immediately using the primary phone number provided on the registration form. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
